It was Kimberly in "Storybook Rangers Part I". She told Tommy how she dreamed of a prince rescuing her on a white horse and he said, "How about a White Tigerzord?" and she said "That will work!" Does anyone know why "Tommy" was talking in such a deep, monotone voice (Like, when he said "Then you shall have it!") Did someone die in his family or did he just forget how to act? ;-) The second quote was "I just did what I had to do!" I'm sure MLH TTU would have gotten this one if she read it. Since I know MLH, she would remember this quote. It's Kimberly from "Island of Illusion Part II" when she's trying to fight the illusion by thinking a positive thought. Lindsay (MLH) and I would have a little inside joke. I would say "Not the toad creature! I don't think I want to remember him!" in my best Kim voice and in her best Tommy voice, she'd say "You've got to! Kimberly, try!" And, in my Kim voice, I'd say "Oh, if I have to -- oh, he was big . . . and he ugly . . . but, I was the only one whose weapon could destory him. So, I just did what I had to do!" JOHN GIVES HIS CAREER SOME KICK! Here is Part I of an interview with Austin St. John from a recent "Teen Beat" magazine: AUSTIN ST. JOHN IS HERE TO STAY! The Former Power Ranger Gives His New Career Some Kick! Austin St. John flipped his way into stardom as Jason, the red Power Ranger. Since leaving the show he's been working on two movies, an instructional video and even CD-ROM games. Whew! The 20-year-old has begun working toward his adult career by combining his acting with martial arts and good looks. Sounds like a winning combination! TEEN BEAT: What are you working on now? AUSTIN ST. JOHN: I'm working on one movie called Cyber Strike and another called Children of Merlin. They're both action adventure movies. The first one involves a lot of martial arts and special effects. The second involves tons and tons of special effects. TEEN BEAT: Can you tell us any details, or is it too soon? AUSTIN ST. JOHN: Children of Merlin starts off in medieval times and ends up in contemporary times. Teenagers are racing against the forces of evil to find the sword that was hidden before the fall of the round table. Merlin communicates with us through our dreams. TEEN BEAT: Will we recognize anyone else in these movies? AUSTIN ST. JOHN: Walter Jones and Thuy Trang, who also left Power Rangers are possibilites. I am sending the scripts to them and I am offering them two of the lead roles in Cyber Strike. TEEN BEAT: What about the Power Rangers? Do you miss it? AUSTIN ST. JOHN: It was a lot of fun. It was a fun show. It gave me the stepping stones to do what I'm doing now. In a sense I'm glad that I'm done because I'm done because I've wanted to do characters that are a little bit more complicated. TEEN BEAT: Are you still in touch with the other actors from MMPR? AUSTIN ST. JOHN: Yes. In fact we threw a house party maybe two weeks ago. Amy Jo came over and a lot of the new cast members were there. It was interesting to meet Steve, the actor who replaced me.
