The detailed answer is: On "Two Heads Are Better Than One", there was a 2-headed monster called Pete & Repeat. Billy uses the Morphing Grid that it's exactly like a regular parrot--which loves pamangos, which just happens to be the fruit that Ernie is using for his special shake. Tommy goes to look for a pamango because if he finds one, he can give it to the two heads and they will argue about which one gets to eat it (Couldn't they have just halfed it?). But, putties come and destroy the last pomango in the forest so Tommy has to go to the Juice Bar and ask Ernie for a pomango, making an excuse that he bought Kimberly a parrot for her birthday and that he's a finicky eater and the that the vet said that he needed a pomango for his diet and Ernie says, "Oh, how romantic" and decides, "Okay, have the pomango, you big stupid jerk!!!" TWO THUMBS UP! [A Review on The MMPRTM SNES game from Justin] Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie ( GAME ) For SNES Created by Ban Dai. Licensed by Nintendo REVIEW by Justin Harvey ( X SENTAI X ) Seeing the game at a local movie rental store, I knew I had to rent it. I did, and I rented it for 4 nights, thinking it would take me that long to beat it. On my way home, at every stop light I would look at the instruction Manual. The Graphics the manual showed were good. I made it home in a few minutes, which seemed like hours. Putting the game in my Super Nintendo, which hadn't been touched in over 7 months, I thought, this is my chance to be a part of the movie. I thought this would be the game for everyone that has ever wanted to fight off putties and other monsters. The review begins........ Unlike the first MMPR game, the title screen dosen't play the voice version of " Go Go Power Rangers. " The select player screen gives you the choice between Aisha, Billy, Tommy, Rocky, Kimberly, and Adam. It show's a badly digitised picture of each of them. Tommy, Billy, and Kimberly's being ones from the first season. ( Billy looks like a drug abuser. ) The story - This game has NO story. It dosen't even say why you're fighting the putties and villians. If non-fans say the show has no plot, they would have a field day with this ! ( You don't even get a story when you beat it, which I did in the same night ! ) When playing the game, each Ranger , when out of their suit has their own moves. But, you don't have a kick or punch button, you have an attack button, which adds to bad play controll. One good thing, Adam has great moves. When they morph, you find that all of the Rangers ( not Tommy ) have the same moves and build. Which leads me to believe that the programers made one ranger for all 5 of them and just colored it different colors. White Ranger has one move that different. He does a back hand spring, the others do back flips. Special Moves- Each Ranger has a special move, which are all cool. Although, you must build up your power to use it, and building up power means killing putties, which can take almost a whole stage to do. ZORDS- They are only seen once, in a scene when you beat the game. It only stands there, nothing cool happens. Villians- The putties look like what you see on the show, but there are about 10 different types of putties. Their color lets you know what they do. One type of puttie even carries a gun ! The monsters you will remember from the show. Oh, about 50% of the foot solders have never been seen on the show or movie. IVAN OOZE - It looks nothing like him. He dosen't even have Ooze. MAIN REVIEW - This game has NO plot. Many things in it have NOTHING to do with MMPR the movie, or show ! The game is too hard the first 15 times you play. The 16th, you beat it. Ooze and other things in the movie are not seen in this game. I think the company that made this game did it not knowing what the movie was about. It might have even been another game in which the slapped " THE MOVIE " on to make more sales. DO NOT rent this game if you hope to be a part of the movie. Don't rent it for you kids, it's way too hard. But, if you want to see what I mean, please rent it. You will not like what you see. THIS GAME HAS NOTHING On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 2 ( for graphics ). THIS GAME DOES HAVE A CODE TO HELP YOU BEAT IT. YOU FIND THE CODE WHEN YOU BEAT IT ON HARD. I'll save you the hard work. At the title screen do this. Up, Down, Left, Right, X,B,Y,A + start. Do look for MMPR 3 ! It's a fighting game like Street Fighter, but with Rangers, Zords, and bad guys. I hate to give a bad review, Justin Harvey Here's my review on the game, which I finally found after reading Justin's review and craving the game: Hard and frustrating! 'Nuff said! TWO THUMBS DOWN!That is the subtitle because everyone who reviews the movie gives it a negative review...because the name 'Power Rangers' makes some movie reviewers instantly think "Kids stuff..._I_ can't like it!" and they have a negative attitude throughout the movie. Well, I loved the movie. But, here's some irony for you...it's been out for over a month and I, Marx Okman, have only seen it once (July 1st, 1995--12:02 PM-1:17PM)!" Here is a comment from Lunette339 [Involving her sister, Mousy99 and Aharhel]: Something to add to your ratecard. The Oregonian gave the MMPR movie an enthusiastic two thumbs down. This encouraged my two sisters and me because The Oregonian is ALWAYS WRONG about movies, music, concerts, etc. Two examples of their blatant negative bias: they called Jason David Frank "androgynous" and Amy Jo "anorexic." How can someone as studly as Jason be androgynous? How can someone as physically fit as Amy Jo be considered anorexic? One of the great mysteries of life. [MAX'S NOTE TO LUNETTE: Uhm, I'm not dumb but I don't know what androgynous is? Hey, I'm a young kid, I live in California, I'm a ditz--and...the heat! (That's always a good excuse!)
