Favorite character

Ok well this place needs some life to it so I'm going to try to get some threads going from the old site. Who is your favorite Super Sentai character Man, Women or Both. Since this is a "Discussion Board" tell us why too.

Favorite character would have to be Akashi/Red Bouken. Mitsuomi Takaashi is a great actor and brought a lot of life to a role filled with loud crazy people, I'm talking about the red role. Don't get me wrong Ban Ban is my second favorite character but the Ban, Ran and Kai characters where too similar. Akashi was the strong leader type with a calm demeanor with a few insecurities. The task he failed to get into the Adventure school had to be one of my favorite moments. He knew when to take action and to sit back and support his team.

Definately a hard question, I really like Jet Red. He was an excellent leader and a really cool character. From Jet also was Gai, or Jet Black. He was freaking awesome.

I like Kenta from Mega - hes cool! I love Akashi in Bouken - twas awesome - as was Sakura.
