Sign up at RangerProps.com. It's a whole group of people who make their own uniforms and PR props and stuff. Some of them are out of this world. I was looking for the same thing, because I want to cosplay as Z. Someone there gave me a few guides as to how the uniform is designed if I wanna go ahead and make it myself. But, if you're not into that, there's a guy on there named geofe (I think) who makes them. Warning: He charges MEGA bucks, though.

Kat Ranger thanks for your feedback. I was wondering which SPD Yellow uniform you wanted. Since you typed Z and not Jasmine I'm guessing you want the B-Squad uniform not DekaYellow. I like your DekaYellow avatar.
