I guess it's just a reuse of costumes. It was in an alien saloon, so they needed whatever alien costumes they had.

in most ranger series when the power sorce was destroyed, so was the power, how come in PRLR when the aqua base was destroyed the ranger powers were not, my way of thinking is that the powers were not man made in that season, but found some where after traviling from another planet, does this make sence to any one here

not quite, mrs. fairweather is the one who created the lightspeed powers. i don't see her going to other planets to find the powers. maybe the powers weren't dependent on the aquabase? maybe they were self-supportive, something

Well considering they have just about destroyed every power base at the end of the season since turbo...granted the astro megaship was not destroyed but disabled shortly....and plenty of teams kept there powers its not such a sound theory.
