destiny has action-oriented scenes and while Seed has more of a character development but both of them was cool

well basically u need to watch the original Gundam show to understand V because V is the last continuing series of the original timeline so if u never watched the original and its continuing sequels then u wont understand it so i wouldnt recommend u to watch that one yet.X was okay but sometimes u will find it boring till the end like Wing.and BlackBouken Destiny did have some character developement for Kira since he became a Newtype so to speak towards the end thus proving he is becoming the ultimate coordinator and the movie is scheduled for a 2007 release hopefully.

meh imo the story is too weak i mean first they jump from the OZ organization being the enemy then Romefeller comes in and Treize and his soldiers are allys then the white fang comes in and becomes the enemy at the end i mean come on they should have stuck to having only 1 main enemy because they kept rotating roles of the enemy and it destroys the story some eps were okay but i dont find it a good of a series anymore it was just mushed together and was rushed towards the end so that was its major downfall and then again so were the Gundams as they never got scratched even tho some were rebuilt and upgraded and wat not in battle not even a dent so thats wat really pissed me off at least SEED explains why u wont see them get battle damage as bad but they still got hit hard.

then u probably realized SEED is basically similar to the original while Destiny is pretty much the Zeta Gundam to SEED and they did use alot of concepts to show references to them.

but then again they used some concepts as well from the alternate universes like Freedom Gundam and Strike Freedom being based mostly on concepts of Double X and Wing Zero,Buster and Verde Buster based on Heavyarms from Wing,Forbidden based on Deathsycthe and etc.and i watched the last special edition last night for destiny it was good it now sets up everything for the theatrical movie slated for either a fall 2007 release or 2008

imo Wing and G Gundam Wing had cool mechas but in the end its story became garbage and G Gundam wasnt very intresting Gundam is basically all about War and they destroyed that by having peaceful tensions with Gundam fights which was lame and their suits werent cool looking and they had awfully bizzare junk like Zebra Gundam,Zeus Gundam,Rose Gundam,etc. your least fav?

well i would have to say as much as i like the UC era my fav goes to SEED and Destiny because its wats reviving the franchise and creating new fans plus its the neo UC for a new age of Gundam fans and is the first alternate universe to get a sequel and hopefully more so thats why its my fav and because Freedom Gundam out did wat Wing Zero couldnt do in Wing.

Gundam is one of the best animes around. I liked Gundam Wing when it came out when i was a kid, but it was kinda confusing for me back then (I understand it now), and I was drawn to it because of the good animation and explosions. The original series and SEED/Destiny were amazing, probably the best two. 08th MS Team I liked cuz the combat and setting were very realistic. 0080 was awful....so boring with no action, just about the effects of war on people. 0083 had good animation, good fights, and good plot. Z Gundam was ok, they had too many mobile suits though and it was just kinda different in a hard to explain way. ZZ Gundam is too lighthearted early on, but i still found entertaining. Char's Counterattack has a confusing ending. G Gundam was ok, but wasn't really a "true" gundam series in my opinion. G-Savior is a crappy marketing ploy. Those are the only series I've seen. SD Gundam I found surprisingly good for the setting.

it seems like u didnt like the UC era alot but u should give it respect as it is still the longest lasting timeline and might be continuing soon and at the end Char and Amuro die in the movie the UC era is meant to show horrors of war and etc as well as SEED/Destiny and Wings story has absolutely no sense and its war was more like a duel because it wasnt as realistic as UC and CE so it sucked and as ive said already they kept changing back and forth confusing u on actually who is the real enemy which aint good because they need to focus on one specifically.

If they do add more to the UC arc, they should make an OVA short series, like with 08th MS Team, for Blue Shock, that was an amazing manga.

not arc universe and i do know a new manga series is comming out for UC which is called Gundam Unicorn however it has not been released yet.

side stories from Zeon basically also reveals a bunch of suits that werent fully mass produced like the Zudah and some big ass tank and its kinda 3-dish final fantasy like graphics too same workshop that did the effects for making Archangel,Minerva,and Eternal 3d In SEED and SEED Destiny.

I'm very behind on my collections and shit. I still haven't watched the end of SEED or even watched any part of Destiny yet.. I hear tho that ZAFT has Zakus, Doms, and Goufs tho in that, which is pretty cool.

actually no it is homage as both SEED and Destiny are based on the UC universe so i guess they felt the need to pay some more and im actually glad the ZAKU warrior Gouf Ignited and the Dom Trooper were made as they are totally different like the DOMs successful Jet Stream Attack.

In terms of motifs and stuff, Destroy was basically just a rip of the Psycho Gundam from Z. I don't mind the homages here and there, but I really would have liked more C.E. unquie suits as those actually looked pretty cool outside of the Gundams.

true Destroy is almost exactly like Psycho gundam however its to be expected since Destiny is the CE version of Zeta except more cannon fodder like as it got pwned and they made like 10 of them and as for more unique suits theres always the MSVs and the stargazer suits we'll probably see them make something new in the movie when it comes out supposibely next year

you shouldnt hope because its not a rumor its fact......and yes there is a psycho gundam 2 which i believe was only in the Zeta show not the New Translation movie.

New game is coming out for PS3, I'm definately going to get it. Dynasty Warriors: Gundam. I downloaded the demo and its pretty fun, running around as Heero in Wing Zero just slashing and blasting like in Dynasty Warriors. It has U.C. mode and an original mode. Only original mode was in the demo. Original mode is weird but intrigues me. This planet is on collision with Earth, and Heero, Master Asia, and Jerid are trying to stop it. You have the same task basically as Dynasty Warriors, conquering each field and then destroying the main enemy. Haman in the Quebely (might've spelled that wrong), some little kid in a navy Quebely (probably from ZZ?) and Milliardo in Epyon all lead enemy Zakus, GMs, and Gaza C's against you. You play as Heero, with Master Asia in Master Gundam and Jerid in Titans color Mark II leading Goufs and Zaku tanks.
There's an interesting backstory for this mode, as Jerid wants to know how Master Asia and Heero were able to defeat the Titans so easily while insisting he's not out for revenge. Other story lines for original are Domon and someone else who I can't make out, but they're probably not unlockable, as you can probably only play this first mission. I cannot kill Gundam Epyon. A non-SD Musha Gundam is the level boss you need to beat after you get every field.
It's pretty fun.

its pretty fun playin as Zero and Epyon everything else is kinda the same as playing them on the other previous releases like Zeta in Federation VS Titans for PS2 musha Gundam is a pretty nice touch tho

the other characters are crazy too Tieria is a cold blooded guy and Allelujah is a psychopath per say the only sane guy here seems to be Lockon i still dont know wats the point of Saji and Louise they seem useless -___-
