Welcome to RetroForums! We want everyone here to get along and have a good time here. And as such, by choosing to visit, you agree to follow our rules.

----------------------------------------

1. Respect other people's views

Everyone has different views on different topics, respect their views as you would expect them to respect yours.

2. No flame wars

Do not post anything that can be considered as being rude or insulting towards people on RetroForums - We don't allow any form of abuse, IF anyone is found abusing another forum member we will ban them asap.

3. Keep it clean

Do not use the Private Message function to send abusive or threatning messages.

4. Don't post for the sake of your post count

It's always nice to have a high post count, it may seem as though people will respect you more with a higher number beside your name, but it doesn't really mean anything on these forums.

5. Donīt bump old threads

Do not bump old threads, especially those form the introduction forum that are more than 15 days old. The only possible exceptions are the requests in the download section, and you can only post there only something that actually contributes to the thread

6. Don't post any obscene or offensive images

This includes pornography, and the type of thing you would find at Rotten.com.

7. Dont' try to police the forum

Let Moderators deal with any posts breaking the forum rules or any other problems concerning the forum rules Do not post a message in which you tell another forum member they have broken the forum rules. Don't post a message in which you ask for another forum member to get banned or unbanned.

8. Do not ignore a Moderator's warning

Due to certain people not respecting our hard working staff we have now introduced a temporary ban for less severe cases but after one temporary ban the next ban you will receive is a permanent one. if you discover you are banned check your email that you have registered with and you will have an explanation why and for how long you have been banned.

9. Dont post Private Messages in any of the forums

You are not allowed to post private messages on the forum without the senders permission. Anybody who posts private messages without permission will be banned.

10. No TITANIC signatures

You are allowed to put images and text in your signature- but these should not take up the whole page.
