That because the same actor who played doggie cruger was the same one as daggaron that they could have had doggie come back?

I mean they didn’t want to pay for the spd actors to come back but they all ready had the actor that played doggie so that could have used him in a doggie/mystic force team up instead

They could have, easily. But it wouldn't have really done much for the story.

And with only 32 episodes to work with, going away from the storyline wouldn't be the best idea.

I don't think SPD will have a team up because Both seasons are done:( So i don't thindk they will.
