Necrolai is a half human, half bat-like creature, and is known as the Queen of the Vampires. The evil Vampire Queen is not bound by the restraints of nomal vampires, and can venture out in the Surface World during the day. Unlike Koragg, Necrolai rarely encounters the Rangers in battle, preferring to use her talents to aquire information for Morticon and The Master.

Necrolai does not always operate on her own, however, and even uses her own human daughter, LeeLee, to spy on the civilian Rangers at The Rockporium. Necrolai was granted the use of greater dark magic by Imperious, who gave her Koragg's Mystic Morpher.
