Xander Bly is the good looking, smooth talking, seventeen year-old Aussie, of the group. Xander had only been in the American town of Briarwood for a few years before his adventure as a Power Ranger began.

Xander worked alongside his friends in the Rockporium in "a strictly supervisory capacity", much to the other teens behest. Xander has a natural aptitude for skateboarding, but these skills are nowhere near those of his mouth. Xander likes nothing better than to charm anyone who'll listen.

When faced with the challenge of escorting an old man into the woods, Xander was vocal in warning them against the journey. At first, he refused to go, but soon, his good nature forced him to join the others. When Udonna tryed to recruit the teens into the fight against evil, Xander was intially hesitant, but soon accepted the power of magic.

As the Green Ranger, Xander can transform using his Mystic Morpher. Like the others, he also has access to a Mystic Racer, as well as a Magistaff. The Green Ranger can manipulate the power of nature, and can be as strong as a tree. He also takes part in giant sized battles, thanks to the ability to transform into the Minotaur Mystic Titan.
