Delta Runner 5 is the main Zord of the Pink SPD Ranger. It is the evacuation vehicle of the ground assualt Runners, and features a large Signal Panel.
The Signal Panel can be used to convey messages to the masses, such as emergency directions. When in Megazord Mode, the Signal Panel doubles as a Judgement Scanner.
