Delta Runner 2 is the main Zord of the Blue SPD Ranger. It is the only Delta Runner capable of flight. The Zord is capable of firing a multitude of laser blasts from its hover-rings on each side.
It is also equipped with a Magnetic Line, which it can lower to lift objects or other Delta Runners. The Zord houses the Megazords Shrinking Handcuffs, which can be used independantly of Megazord.
