The Patrol Morpher is the personal weapon of Doggie Cruger. He uses it to transform into the powerful Shadow Ranger. The Patrol Morpher also serves as a communicator between him, the other Rangers, and SPD Command.

Like the Delta Morphers, it also has a Judgement Mode, capable of determining the guilt or innocence of a suspect, and trapping them in a Containment Card. The Morpher analyzes by scanning the body temperature, pulse, and electrical impulses, and then proceeds to renders a suitable verdict. It is never wrong.

When the criminal is found guilty, the Contaiment Mode locks the prisoner in a Confinement Card for processing.
