The Delta Enforcers were designed by Kat as part of the S.W.A.T. Mode. The Delta Blasters are unique, in that they can interface with both the SPD Morphers and the Containment Cards.
The Rangers use this to their advantage, and are able to Judge and Confine criminals with one blast. When a suspect is Judged guilty, the fireball from a Delta Enforcer can store a miniturised criminal in a Confinement Card. |
