SPD Containment Device

Thanks to a blast of anti-matter fusion, the Containtment Card is a portable prison for any being judged guilty via Judgement Scan. The Card makes transportation of the criminal a non-issue, until they can be shipped off for filing until their time is served. The card is dispatched via the SPD Morphers, and can be used in conjuction with the Delta Enforcers.
