Omni is the true leader of the Troobian forces, and is the one being that Gruumm serves. Often referred to as The Magnificence, Omni was kept in a sealed chamber deep inside the Terror craft. Omni was immobile, his form as an enormous disembodied brain in a jar preventing him from being a serious threat. However, Omni had telepathic powers, enabling him to control the minds of others.

Omni instructed Gruumm to travel to Earth, and had him steal its resources. Amongst the resources were gold, urideum, Hemotech Synthetic Plasma, diamonds and a radioactive chunk of meteorite. These resources were used to build a very large body for Omni. Once completed, Gruumm joined the huge biomechanical body with his Terror craft, and Omni was able to take control.

The giant-sized Omni was destroyed by a combined effort of Cruger and Isinia inside its engine room, and the Rangers attacking from outside in their SWAT Megazord.
