Elizabeth "Z" Delgado is the 17 year old Yellow B-Squad Ranger. Z has the genetic ability to create to duplicates herself. Z spent most of her teenage life on the streets with Jack, providing food and aid to the homeless and helpless. During an investigation by SPD, they were arrested, and given a choice by Cruger- between serving time in prison, or becoming an SPD Ranger. As Z had always wanted to acheive more, she immedietly chooses to work for SPD.

When Z was five years old, she was attacked by an alien creature, but was saved by an annoymous hero. During her escape, she dropped her silver "Z" necklace, and was too afraid to go back to get it. When Z joined SPD, she was shocked to have it returned to her by the one who had saved her- Commander Cruger.

Z's parents were part of a team of pioneering scientists, researching Ranger technology- the same technology that now operates their SPD Morphers. There were unplanned events in the early stages of development, which altered the genes of the scientists. These altered genes were passed on to Z, in the form of her special abilities.

As the Yellow SPD Ranger, Z is equiped with an S.P.D. Morpher, the Deltamax Striker sidearm, the S.P.D. Police Cruiser and Delta Runner 4 for a Zord.
