Jack Landors is 19 years old, and is the leader of the B Squad SPD Rangers. He has the genetic ability to de-molecularize, enabling him to pass through any solid object. Jack is headstrong, and likes to do things his own way. This leads to confrontation with his teammates, but he always finds a way to work things out.

Jack was a street theif who spent five years helping the homeless and helpless of the city get clothes, food and aid, along with his best friend, Z. During a an investigation by SPD, they were arrested, and given a choice by Cruger- to choose between serving his time in prison, or becoming an active SPD Ranger. Initially, Jack declined the offer, but after realizing how much good he could do, accepted, and became Red Ranger.

Jack's parents were part of a team of scientists, researching Ranger technology- the same technology that now operates their SPD Morphers. There were unplanned events in the early stages of development, which altered the genes of the scientists. These altered genes were passed on to Jack, in the form of his special abilities.

As the Red Ranger, Jack is the leader of the B-Squad Rangers. He is equiped with an S.P.D. Morpher, two Delta Blaster sidearms, the Red S.P.D. Patrol Cycle and Delta Runner 1 for a Zord.

The Power Rangers eventually defeated Grumm and stopped his forces from taking over the Earth. This was Jacks final mission, as he decided he wanted to go back to helping the homeless people of Newtech City.
