S.O.P.H.I.E. aka Sophie

When the B Squad were assigned to train a new group of recruits - the D Squad - the noticed one member was more accomplished than any other. Sophie was a more than competent in battle simulations, and was quite intelligent, and instantly took a liking to Bridge. Sophie was encouraged to pursue her aptitude for computer technology at SPD, where she attempted to assist Kat with her new SPD Command Defence project, but was unable to, as she did not have the appropriate clearance.

Sophie attempted to get around this, but was discovered by Kat, and expelled. The Rangers then learned that Sophie was actually an advanced cyborg, and then decided to bring her back. However, they were intercepted by a mutant criminal named Valco, who captured Sophie to use her to control Gruumm's new robot. Sophie was able to escape on her own, and returned to SPD, where she finished Kat's Defence project, allowing Mobile Command to transform into the Delta Command Megazord. Sophie was allowed to return to SPD, and assigned a deep space mission.
