Supreme Commander Fowler Birdie

Commander Birdie is the immediate superior to Doggie Cruger. He arrived on Earth to visit SPD operations, and was not pleased with what he found. Dissatisfied with Cruger's progress and tactics, he immediatly dismissed him, and took over heading the SPD team. Birdie decided to go up against Gruumm himself, but was no match, and was eventually rescued by Cruger, who Birdie reinstated.

Birdie later promoted Kat to a position within SPD HQ, which she accepted. When she had to return to Earth to help save the Rangers, he provided her with a one-time-one, one-hour Morpher.
