The Brachio Morpher was created by Hayley when Tommy detected another Dino Gem signal. It is powered by the Black Dino Gem and allows Tommy to morph into the Black Ranger. The facia on the morpher is also interchangeable, and has been shown to hold the Cephalozord facia. This morpher is different to the Dino Morpher, as it is operated via a key, rather than a button.
