Conner is the typical lug headed jock, and very much part of the "in-crowd" at Reefside. His passion is soccer, and is a natural on the pitch. Conner was as reluctant as the other teens to accept the responsibility of becoming a Ranger, but learned to put the need of others before his own. When the last of the Dino Gem energy was expelled in the final battle against Mesogog, Conner went on to establish a famous chain of successful soccer camps all over the country. Although he never became a professional soccer player himself, Conner was happy to train a new generation of sportsmen.

Conner uses the Tyrannosaurus Morpher to transform into the Red Ranger, using the power of the red Dino Gem. The Gem gave him the DNA power of speed, enabling him to move at super speeds as well as slowing down his own perception of time, enabling him to out manoeuvre any opponents with ease. The Red Ranger wields the Tyrano Staff in battle, and commands the Red Raptor Rider as well as the Red Raptor Cycle.

Conner also has access to the Shield Of Triumph, which gives him the ability to transform into the Triassic Ranger, as well as control the Mezodon Rover. The Triassic Ranger can also utilize the power of the Battilzer, and the two fighting modes contained within.
