Zordon

Zordon is the main figurehead in the fight against evil. He is a powerful sage, who mentored the Rangers on Earth. He was captured on his home planet of Eltar by Dark Specter's forces. Once he was imprisoned, Dark Specter set about draining his powers. Knowing that the Rangers would be searching to rescue Zordon, Dark Specter would constantly move Zordon from place to place. When the final assault occurred against the universe, Zordon sacrificed himself to save everyone. By shattering his energy tube, his energy was able to spread throughout the galaxies, purging them of Dark Specter's invading forces, turning them to dust, and in the cases of Rita, Zedd and Divatox, reverting them to human states.
