This particular brat is a friend of Carlos and Ashley who suffers from an over-active imagination. He is the typical Boy Who Cried Wolf, so when he spots that Craterites have been kidnapping citizens of Angel Grove and impersonating them, nobody believes him. Needless to say, that escapade taught him a lesson about shutting his pie hole.
