Justin Stewart

Justin Stewart is the former Blue Turbo Ranger. When the Space Cars, Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster came under attack by Dark Specter's forces, Storm Blaster made its way to Earth to seek the help of Justin. However, Justin's powers were long gone, but Storm Blaster was able to give him a new Turbo Morpher and Key, in which he used to transform and rescue the cars.
