Turbo Morpher and Key

This Morpher were designed to handle the new Turbo Technology. Each Morpher consists of a wrist mounted device, into which the Turbo Key is inserted and turned. Each Turbo Key is similar to Lerigot's Golden Key, and allowed the Rangers to enter the Nemesis Triangle. The Turbo Keys are also used to power up the Turbo Zords.

Power Box

The Power Box is an emergency backpack worn by the Rangers when on expeditions. It contains various pieces of survival kit, as well as tools such as the Turbo Navigators and the Viewfinders.

Auto Blaster

The Auto Blaster is the standard Ranger sidearm. It has two modes, Normal- for smaller energy blasts, and Turbo Mode- for increased power. The Auto Blaster can also combine with the Turbo Navigator Defender Mode, where it gains a tracking function.

Turbo Navigator

These are also known as Short Range Locators. The Turbo Navigator automatically responds to any extraterrestrial organism or device, and can be used to track the detonators that are hidden by Divatox. The Navigator can also provide maps of the surrounding area. The Navigator can also be used as a blaster weapon (see below).

	Defender Mode The Navigator can transform into Gun Mode, in which it can fire blasts of energy. These blasts can also function as seeking projectiles. It features a small fold-out screen on its left side, which displays a graphical map of the surrounding area.
	Auto Blast Defender The Auto Blast Defender features the tracking functions of the Turbo Navigator with the firepower of the Auto Blaster in Turbo Mode. It also features a fold-out display screen on its left side. It is essentially the same as the Navigator Defender mode, but with increased firepower.

Turbo Carts

Each Turbo Zord housed a Turbo Cart, a small car for quick ground pursuit with limited firepower.

	Lightning Cruiser Lightning Cruiser was lost for eons along with Storm Blaster. It seems to possess intelligence and has the ability to convert to a flying mode. The Red and Pink Rangers frequently travel in it.
	Storm Blaster Storm Blaster was hidden alongside Lightning Cruiser. It is a very robust vehicle with some intelligence. It can fire a grappling hook from its winch in front, which can attach to the Lightning Cruiser enabling it to fly.
	Turbine Laser The Turbine laser uses the latest technology in particle acceleration. It cerates a highly concentrated stream of energy that can devastate any foe. The Turbine Laser can attach to the top of the Storm Blaster.
