Divatox

A one woman wrecking crew, Divatox is an arch villain intent on destroying the Power Rangers. The only thing that really matters to this barbaric lady pirate of the cosmos are fame, fortune and her own diminishing beauty. A lifetime of evil has turned her into a vain, bitter, fortune hunting shrew with an acerbic wit to cut down anyone who crosses her. Under her viscous and domination rule, Divatox's minions cower at the very mention of her name. In her powerful vessel, the Sub craft, she works day and night to achieve her ultimate goal-  to destroy the Rangers. Divatox successfully destroyed the Rangers' Power Chamber, and thought that she deserved to put in charge of overseeing the Space Rangers destruction, instead of Astronema.

Rygog

Rygog is the second in command to Divatox, and will do almost anything and destroy anything for his evil mistress. His exceptionally vile disposition and menacing appearance ignite fear i the hearts of all who encounter him. He barks orders fiercely to his underlings, but he becomes nothing more that a boot licking toady when it comes to Divatox. In fact, he is always crawling around her. Although Divatox always trusts Rygog to carry out her evil plans, she treats him with utter contempt and disdain whenever he attempts to suck up to her.

Elgar

Elgar is Divatox's tall, turnip brained nephew. He is constantly on hand with  some bone headed comment, or some ridiculous observation. He constantly botches his aunts vile plans, and whenever that happens t, she quickly goes medieval and unleash her wrath upon him. Elgar is more of a liability than an asset to Divatox's plans, But then again, he is family! When Dark Specter launched his plan to take over the universe, he sent Elgar to assist Astronema on her Dark Fortress, much to her and Divatox' displeasure.

Porto

Porto is the snivelling henchman who serves behind Divatox's nautical operations. He is also the creator of the Monsters used in her endless quest for power. With a creepy voice and manner, Porto is in charge of things scientific, and to do with the Subcraft, which he designed and Built. Most of the time, Porto is filled with resentment at being nothing more that the Subcrafts technical officer. Despite his superior intellect, he remains reduced t taking orders from Divatox and Rygog and taking them wherever the wish to go.

General Havok

General Havoc is the subordinate brother of the  Divatox. General Havoc controls an army of highly effective robotic soldiers called Chromites. Approximately one hundred years ago, Divatox ordered General Havoc to begin construction of a mobile space station for her forces from which she could terrorize the universe from. General Havoc finally completed construction of the Space Base and the monstrous robot Metallasaurus. Havoc wasted no time in arriving in Earth orbit to rendezvous with Divatox's forces.

Momma D

Momma D is an ancient evil being who is over thousands of years old and has committed countless atrocities within her lifetime. Momma D is a sorceress who wields great magical power and can create portals to dimensions. Momma D's residence is unknown. Momma D is the mother of both Divatox and General Havoc, and grandmother to Elgar. 

Piranatrons

These warriors are the evil foot soldiers deployed by Divatox and her crew, to divert the Rangers at every opportunity. Although less fantastic than the monsters Porto creates, the Piranatrons are no less dangerous. More often than not, These warriors strike unannounced, often challenging the Rangers in their un-morphed state.

Chromite Warriors

These robot troops feel no pain, and with no need to breath, are excellent fights on both land and underwater. They come in a variety of colours, and are equipped with short range combat weapons that resemble Plungers. General Havoc used these troops to overpower the Turbo Megazord, and hijack it by scaling the Zord and breaking into the cockpit.
