Justin was in the care of the Little Angels Haven, and orphanage in Angel Grove. His mother died when he was young, and his Dad was always away on business. 12 year old Justin became the youngest ever Power Ranger when Rocky was injured in a karate accident. Things started to go well for Justin as soon as his life incorporated the Rangers. As the Rangers prepared to search for Zordon on Eltar, Justin chose to stay on Earth, when his Dad came back to take him home. This wide eyed and energetic young boy had been helping Tommy with his car project. Justin's lack of experience sometimes gets him into trouble. He often looks to the other Rangers , especially Tommy for guidance. Justin has an exceptionally high IQ, in fact, he's so bright that he has moved to Angel Grove High where he studies alongside the other Rangers.
