Zordon

Zordon was the mentor or the Rangers for many years, until the wizard Lerigot returned to grant him his freedom. Zordon could not pass on this opportunity to return to his home planet of Eltar, and left for home. Zordon is tens of thousands of years old, and has always been involved in the constant struggle against evil.

Alpha 6

Alpha 6 replaces Alpha 5 when the older automaton returned to with Zordon to his home planet of Eltar. Alpha 6 is very different from his predecessor. He features a more aware, street-wise personality, and is less easily flustered than Alpha 5.

Dimitria

Dimitria is a beautiful sorceress, a champion of good in the universe, just like Zordon. She came to the aid of Rangers when Zordon and Alpha returned to Eltar. She found that Earth was under attack from her evil twin sister, Divatox. Dimitria knows that she must help the Turbo Rangers to protect Earth from her sisters wrath. She appears to the Rangers from within Zordons tube in the Power Chamber. As she comes from the planet Inquiris, her advice is usually cryptic, only speaking in the form of question.

Lerigot

Lerigot is small lovable wizard from the planet Liaria. He first sought Alphas help when Divatox attempted to steal his Golden Key, in order to pass through the Nemesis Triangle to gain access to the demon Maligore. He has a wife and baby daughter, who were both kidnapped by Divatox in order to blackmail Lerigot into helping her. When the Rangers rescued Lerigot and his family and stopped Maligore, Lerigot returned to Earth to grant Zordon his own freedom, so he could rejoin his own family.

Jason Lee Scott

Jason Lee Scott is the original Red Mighty Morphin Power Ranger. He returned to the Ranger team to become the Gold Zeo Ranger, but had to return the Powers to their original owner when they became unstable. Jason returned to Angel Grove once more with former Ranger Kimberly in order to assist the teens in a martial arts competition to raise money for the Angel Grove Orphanage. However, they were both kidnapped by Divatox and used as sacrifices to Maligore, whose evil flame turned them to the dark side, until Lerigot's magic healed them.

Kimberly Ann Hart

Kimberly Ann Hart is the original Pink Mighty Morphin Power Ranger. She passed her powers onto Kat so that she could pursue a normal life, and compete in the Olympics as a gymnast. She returned with former Red Ranger Jason to Angel Grove to surprise the other teens at their martial arts competition, but was kidnapped by Divatox to be a sacrifice of purity to Maligore.

Rocky DeSantos

Rocky is the former Blue Zeo Ranger who passed her power onto Justin when he was injured while training for a martial arts competition. When Justin proved himself capable of being a Ranger, Rocky decided to call it a day and focus on his studies and martial arts, leaving his Ranger duties behind.

Bulk and Skull

Bulk and Skull are Angel Grove's resident morons. They were reaccepted into the Angel Grove Junior Police Patrol, only to be transformed into monkeys by Elgar on their first assignment. They tried to get help for six months, before being reverted back to normal by one of Divatox's exploding torpedoes. However, the transformation rendered them both temporarily invisible. The then went on to perform a series of odd jobs, from Pizza Delivery to Monster Tour Guides.
