David is mondo's long lost brother, who was raised on a native American reservation. He held the other half of the arrowhead gifted to mondo on his Zeo Quest.
The completed arrowhead had the power to control ancient monsters, and was stolen by Mondo. David is a keen martial artist just like his brother, but is not as accomplished as the leader of the Power Rangers.
