Shogun Zords

The Ancient Shogun Zords are the lost Zords of Zordnia. Lord Zedd sent Finster, Squatt and Baboo  to find them using a Lost Scroll. Finster utilised the technology of the Falconzord and Ninjor as a power source to operate the dormant Shogunzords. Zedd planned on having the Rangers pilot them to destroy the world, but Billy was able to re-program them using the Rangers' Power Coins.

Shogun Megazord

The Shogun Megazord is formed by combining all five ShogunZords. This Zord is superior to the Ninja Megazord not only in size but also firepower. The Megazord features a long sabre that can perform a flaming slash attack that is usually enough to finish any monster. The Megazord can also combine with Falconzord to form Shogun Mega Falconzord. The Megazord can also be operated by remote.

Shogun Mega Falconzord

The Shogun Mega Falconzord is the result of combining Shogun Megazord with Falconzord. When in this battle mode, the Megazord's main point of attack becomes the Falconzord's missiles. The wingtips of the Falconzord become capable of firing rapid blasts, similar in power to the Megazord's sword.  The Megazord can also be operated by remote.

Battle Borgs

These are five telepathicly controlled Zords controlled by the Alien Rangers. They are summoned via Power Coins, and are equiped with their own personal weapons.

These zords are very similar in appearance to the Shogun Zords. However, the Battle Borgs cannot combine to form a Megazord.
