Trini Kwan

Described as the one who has "lightning hands a peaceful soul" by Zordon, Trini is the consummate martial artist. She is into the spirit as well as the physicality of her Kung Fu and is afraid of no other. She is slow to anger, but when pushed to the limit, can neutralize any opponent with a minimum of effort. Trini is generally quiet and observant by nature, and the only Ranger who can truly understand Billy. She can be often found by herself, researching Eastern philosophy or hanging with her friends. She is very active in school events though she is not likely to be one of the leaders. Most of the kids in school don't know much about her, because she tends to keep herself to herself.

In spite of her extraordinary skills, Trini is basically an insecure person. She is cautious and tends to look for the pitfalls in life. She doesn't realize how special her skills are, and how likeable she really is. She is patient and will take a certain amount of pushing, but only to a point. Then her training takes over and she becomes a razor sharp fighter with lightning reflexes. 

Trini dons the Yellow uniform, and wields the Power Daggers. She controls the Sabre-Toothed Tiger Dinozord, and later, the Sabre-Toothed Tiger Griffin Thunderzord. Trini was selected to be an ambassador for the World Peace Summit in Switzerland, and passed her Yellow Ranger Powers onto Aisha.
